Each implementation begins with a two-day consulting engagement to map the organisation's current workflow, integration points, roles, controls, success measures and required configuration.

This is an internal product capability statement, not an independently verified customer outcome. The £3,500 plus VAT workshop covers workflow and integration discovery and configuration planning. The workflow agent is priced separately; its price varies with complexity and the number of systems affected. Local validation, governance and human accountability remain required.
