Evidence and listings

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy, rights and lawful disclosure of submitted content. Proofenary labels the level of evidence and may request changes, refuse publication or withdraw a listing. A Proof Passport supports due diligence; it is not a warranty or procurement decision.

Procurement routes

Framework, dynamic-market, reseller and tender information is provided for discovery. Buyers must confirm eligibility, current lots, call-off terms and their own governance before committing.

Subscriptions and fees

Provider subscription prices are shown before checkout and exclude VAT. Providers select a membership according to the evidence portfolio and team capabilities they need; company size does not automatically determine the price. Eligible Founding 50 suppliers receive six months’ subscription free; transaction fees remain payable from day one. Proofenary charges 3% plus VAT on the first £10,000 processed through the platform. Where a higher-value Proofenary payment route is agreed, the rate above £10,000 is 1% plus VAT and the net Proofenary fee is capped at £1,500 per engagement. External framework, reseller and tender payments do not attract a Proofenary transaction fee.

Payments

Stripe processes card and payout information. Suppliers complete Stripe onboarding and buyers approve the full service price and VAT before payment. Online checkout currently supports purchases from £170 to £10,000. This is a checkout control, not a maximum service value; higher-value work can proceed through a supplier proposal, framework, reseller or another agreed procurement route. Refunds, disputes and service performance are handled under the agreed order and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Users must not submit unlawful, misleading, malicious or infringing content; probe the service without permission; circumvent controls; or misuse personal data.
